GeoReach is a product of WaveSync Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“WaveSync”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how information may be handled when you visit georeach.io, use the public postcode explorer or contact us.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@wavesync.dev. The company registered address and registration details must be completed and verified before this policy is published.
Information we may collect
When you submit an early-access or contact enquiry, the form may collect your name, organisation, email address, industry, intended use and your privacy acknowledgement. Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately.
When you use the postcode explorer, the postcode or search term you submit is sent to the GeoReach website server and may be forwarded to our configured geographic backend. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in postcode search fields.
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps and security logs may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers. The exact logging and retention configuration must be confirmed before launch.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, assess early-access interest, provide product information where requested, maintain security and operate the website.
Geographic search information is used to retrieve the requested postcode or geographic results and display them in the explorer. Whether searches are retained depends on the configured backend and operational logs.
We will only send marketing communications where an appropriate permission or other lawful basis has been established. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Lawful bases and purposes
Depending on the context, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests such as responding to business enquiries and securing the website, consent for optional cookies or marketing where required, or compliance with legal obligations.
The controller must complete and document its lawful-basis assessment for each processing purpose before launch. This page is a draft framework, not a substitute for that assessment.
Sharing and service providers
Enquiry submissions are sent through the Next.js server to the WaveSync backend service configured for lead management. The GeoReach website does not maintain its own lead database.
Depending on deployment, information may also be processed by hosting, infrastructure, email, map tile, geocoding, analytics or security providers. The final provider list, locations and contractual arrangements must be documented before launch.
We do not authorise public access to private customer records or live field-worker location information through the public website.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where restricted international transfers occur, appropriate safeguards and transfer assessments must be put in place and described here. The actual providers and hosting regions are not yet confirmed.
Retention
Enquiry retention is controlled by the receiving WaveSync backend and its retention procedures, not by a GeoReach website database. The applicable retention period must be confirmed with the backend owner and communicated to users.
Security logs, cookie preferences and other technical records should be retained only for documented periods appropriate to their purposes.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a privacy request, email support@wavesync.dev. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where UK data-protection law applies.
Children
GeoReach is a geographic intelligence and campaign-planning product and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, product, service providers or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
